The Finance Manager reports to Vice President FP&A, focusing on analyzing key financial statements to forecast the future performance of the company. This may include developing and maintaining financial models as well as budgeting and forecasting revenues and expenditures. This role will support all areas of the business, including corporate and strategic finance with collaboration with market leaders, Vice Presidents, and senior executives, while directly contributing to company strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of processes and best practices for the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team
- Manage the financial and operational reports, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis for business leaders
- Maintain reporting packages to track operational goals and identify benchmarks
- Direct Monthly Operating Review Reporting and Meetings with business leaders
- Perform financial forecasting activities on a monthly basis
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work collaboratively with the market teams to provide the operators with key performance metrics as well as key takeaways
- Spearhead analyses that can help maximize operations efficacy and create actionable items that influence strategic decisions
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a finance-related field with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing KPIs
- Excellent financial analysis and financial modeling knowledge

Wage base range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
